Essential Information

  • Chevron down How long am I on the inflatable for?
  • All sessions start on the hour, however a compulsory pre-jump induction outlining the rules of play begins 30 minutes before the commencement of the session. Then onto the inflatable for 50 mins of jumping fun, before being escorted back to the shore by your session host.

  • Chevron down What does my TICKET include?
  • Induction training, lifejacket supplied and fitted, 50 minutes on the inflatable park, and the chance to conquer the ICEBURG CHALLENGE!!!

  • Chevron down Is there easy access to PARKING?
  • There is an abundance of parking around the Aquazone aquatic park, from free parking along the foreshore to metered parking on Belmore St in Yarrawonga.

  • Chevron down If it’s bad weather do I get a refund?
  • All participants on the inflatable are to be escorted off the inflatable immediately by the lifeguards on duty if the weather is considered to be too dangerous to continue. This can include high winds, lightning, and hail. In the event of this occurring, participants will be rebooked to another suitable day or time slot (whichever comes first).

  • All jackets are supplied and fitted by the amazing Aquazone team.

  • Chevron down Can tickets be exchanged?
  • Tickets or Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

  • Chevron down Does the parent/carer have to stay around while child is on the inflatable?
  • All children aged 7 to 12 are the responsibility of their parent or guardian.  While every care is taken for the enjoyment and safety of our patrons, Aquazone does not accept responsibility or accountability for the care or welfare of children within the park area.
